Rachel Kessler
Mother, Wife, Author & CEO of "Hello Mama"
About The Author
Rachel Kessler is a mother, writer, and advocate for conscious, cycle-breaking parenting. After experiencing the raw, transformative reality of postpartum firsthand, she found herself wishing for something she couldn’t find — a warm, comprehensive guide that supported the mother just as much as the baby.
Like most new parents, she quickly discovered that parenting doesn’t come with a manual… so she decided to create something that comes close. A place where healing, identity, emotional grounding, developmental support, and daily structure could live together gracefully and honestly.
With a blended background in health, wellness, creativity, and maternal mental clarity, Rachel uses her own journey to help mothers feel less alone in theirs. Her work centers around emotional intelligence, gentle structure, practical support, and the belief that healing — personal, generational, and maternal — can begin in small, intentional moments.
She is deeply committed to raising a generation of children who don’t have to heal from their childhoods, but instead can thrive and flourish because of the love and consciousness they grew up with.
Rachel lives with her partner, Dylan, and their daughter, Eden, who inspired every page of this planner. This book is her offering to mothers everywhere: a soft, steady place to land in one of the most vulnerable and powerful seasons of life, created from the very resource she once wished existed.
